How do I register?

Complete the Presearch eShop online registration form

Your details will be sent to Presearch who will then activate your account.

Once your account is activated, you will be sent an email to inform you that you have full access to the consumables product range and are able to order online.
What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

Request a new password by clicking the forgotten password link on the log in / register page

You will then be sent a new password via email.

Once you have logged into the site, you can change your password in the ‘Your account’ section of the site.
When I place an order through the Presearch eShop site, how does my order get delivered?
When you register, the information you provide will be added to your address book. You can edit these addresses or add further invoice and delivery addresses to your address book (up to a maximum of 10) at any time via the ‘Your account’ section of the site.
When you place an order, you will be able either to select one of these addresses from your address book or to specify a new invoice or delivery address. Any new address that you specify will be automatically added to your address book. Once you have finished placing your order, it is then emailed to our Customer Service Team to be processed. You will automatically be sent an email including your order details and an order reference number.
How much will it cost me to get my order delivered?

I do not live within the UK, can I still purchase online?
Unfortunately, only UK residents can purchase consumables from the Presearch eShop site. To place an order outside the UK please call Presearch direct on +44 (0) 1256 365492 or email .
How do I place an order?
You will need to register and log in to the Presearch eShop site to view product prices or to place an order online.
Once you have decided to purchase a product, simply click Add to basket next to the product description. The shopping basket lists all the items you have chosen to purchase. You can view and amend the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the View basket link in the top right of the page. To start the checkout process, click Go to checkout at the bottom of the shopping basket page. You will be asked to enter your delivery options, delivery and invoice addresses, payment options and to confirm your order. You order is not sent to Presearch until you have submitted this confirmation. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be emailed a receipt. Presearch will contact you by email when your goods are dispatched.

Is the site secure?
Presearch takes online security very seriously. All transactions are encrypted using a 128-bit SSL certificate issued by Thawte. This includes all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address.
As soon as you register, log in, update your account details or begin the checkout process, you will enter our secure area. A padlock icon will appear in the bottom right of the browser window to show that you are in a secure area. You can click on the padlock icon to view details of our SSL certificate. The SSL certificate guarantees your data is secure and that credit card transactions are secured by the Consumer Credit Act.
I am worried about the privacy of my details?
We will not disclose your details to any third party. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
Does Presearch.co.uk use cookies?
The Presearch site only uses cookies if you click the Remember my log in option on the log in / register page.
