Registering with Presearch to use eShop
To place an order and view all product prices you will need to complete the registration process.
As a new customer, you will need to provide us with a bona fide company email address along with a password (minimum of six characters), then click Continue registration to enter your company details, address and contact information. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
The email address will be the default email address that we will use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. However, you will have the option to specify a different contact email address for each delivery or invoice address stored in your address book.
Once the form is complete and you have submitted the information, your details are sent to us for activation of your account. We will notify you by email once your account has been activated. You will then be able to log in to the site and gain full access to the product catalogue and the online ordering facility.
Presearch will not disclose your details to any third parties.
Placing your order

You will need to log in to the Presearch eShop site to view product prices or to place an order online.

To log in please enter your email address and password on the login / register page. This email address must be the email address that you used to register with Presearch eShop.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgotten password? link on the Login / Register page, enter the email address that you registered with, and click Continue, a new password will then be emailed to you.

If you would like the site to remember you so that you do not need to keep logging in every time you visit the site, please select Remember my log in.
Find what you want to buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its part number in the search box located at the top of the page. Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "peek tubing") in the search box, or browse through the categories or suppliers on the site until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click on the product name to see more. There you'll find:

Add it to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. When you find what you want (or what you might want), simply enter the quantity you require and click the Add to basket button to the right of the product description. A message will be displayed to inform you that the item has been successfully added to your basket.
To review your order or to amend it, click View basket in the top right of the page at any time. To change your order quantity in the basket, type the new amount in the quantity box and click the Recalculate button at the bottom of the page to update your order total. To remove an item from your order, click the Remove button to the right of the product that you wish to delete.
VAT exempt?
If you are registered VAT exempt please confirm this by ticking the VAT exempt box located on the shopping basket page. You will need to fax us a copy of your VAT exemption certificate on +44 (0) 1256 365486 before we can process your order.
Fill in the order form
The instructions below outline each ordering step. Our ordering process is secure and your details will be encrypted before they are sent to us.
Select a delivery method and delivery option
Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. With delivery there are three options as below:

Next day UK delivery (standard)

Next day UK delivery before 9.30am

Next day UK delivery before 12.00pm
If there is more than one item in your order, you will be given the option to part deliver your products (you will only be charged one delivery fee for this service). If you choose the part deliver option, we will dispatch items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You will NOT be charged for each separate delivery.
The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the Confirm order page just before you submit your order.

Choose a delivery address
Tell us where you'd like us to send your order. You can use either an existing address in your address book or create a new one. If you create a new address, this will be automatically added to your address book, up to a maximum of 10 addresses can be stored. If this address is the same as your invoice address, please tick the box at the top of the page to confirm this is the case. If you tick this box, you will not be asked to input a separate invoice address.
Choose an invoice address
Select the address you would like your invoice sent to. You can use either an existing address in your address book or create a new one. If you create a new address, this will be automatically added to your address book, up to a maximum of 10 addresses can be stored.
Choose a method of payment
Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. You can opt to pay either by credit or debit card, or on account.

Pay on account: The account has to be set-up with our customer service department before you can place an order on account. Please contact the Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1256 365492 to set up an account. If you already have an account with Presearch please enter a contact name and purchase order number.

Pay by credit or debit card: We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch & Solo. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, please enter the card number without spaces or dashes.
Confirm and submit your order
Check the information you have provided and make adjustments by clicking the Amend button next to the relevant information. When you are happy with your order, click the Submit your order button to complete your order. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail quoting your order reference number and your order details.
Receipt
Your receipt will display your order reference number and all your order details. This receipt is also emailed to you. You may wish to print this page for your reference.
Tracking your order
If you want to track your order please email with your company name, order reference number and purchase order number (if available) and we will email you back with your order status.
Dispatch & delivery
An email confirmation will be sent to confirm delivery details once an online order has been placed. If you have opted for part delivery on your order then relevant details will be included in this email.

In the event of Presearch sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Presearch within 14 days. Presearch reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which Presearch confirms that they we will issue a replacement.
